I’ve been spending almost every day at Elevate BioWellness on Gosling just north of 99 for the last month, and let me tell you, it’s been such an amazing experience! I was curious about what they offer, and before I knew it, my husband surprised me with a one-month unlimited membership for my birthday—what a thoughtful gift! After doing a bit of research, I've learned so much about what they do. It’s all about self-care that really works from the inside out, and I’m feeling amazing! I’ve dealt with arthritis in my hands and fingers, but since I started going here, I can happily say that my arthritis has disappeared! I've also noticed that I'm sleeping so much better, and my lower back pain is gone—what a relief! Plus, my skin feels incredibly hydrated! One of my favorite things is the combination of the hot Infrared Sauna and the Cold Plunge; it's such a great contrast therapy that really helps with circulation and has so many other benefits. The infrared light bed is awesome for reducing inflammation and boosting skin rejuvenation, which I definitely need in my life! I also tried the Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF) for the first time, and I’m amazed—it took away my lower back pain just like that! The Lymphatic Compression Therapy and Vibration Plate are great for improving fluid drainage and circulation, and the Hyperbaric Chamber helps to significantly boost oxygen levels and reduce inflammation. I have been coming to Elevate for a few weeks now and I’ve absolutely loved my experience. I am an mma fighter in town for an upcoming fight making recovery extremely important to me. I have been using hyperbaric and contrast therapy and have really enjoyed the results! I have used many recovery centres throughout my career but I really love this one. The facility is beautiful and so clean. I love that I can take an hour of my day doing contrast therapy in a private room versus other places I’ve been where it’s normally public. I think that this adds to the level of calm I feel afterwards! The staff is so friendly and helpful I look forward to coming to Elevate every week! Elevate BioWellness really lives up to its name! What I love most, is how intentional everything feels. The staff is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely passionate about helping you feel and perform your best. Every treatment is science-backed and thoughtfully explained. I first visited just curious to find out what kind of treatments I could benefit from the most, but now have a routine that I actually crave … Contrast Therapy (Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge) followed by Red Light Therapy, and I have not looked back ! Not gonna lie, Cold Plunge sounded excruciating, but I’m so glad I didn’t back away from the challenge! In conjunction with the Infrared Sauna and Red Light Therapy, I have never felt more energized and focused! But what really impressed me was the dramatic improvement in sleep quality, with measurable results on my Oura Ring to back it up! My sleep and readiness scores were in the mid 90’s after just one visit, which was a huge improvement for me! My ring stats continue to show improvements across the board, so all I can say now is… I AM HOOKED!
