Body Reset & Detox Support — Spring, TX

Holiday season aftermath. Vacation overindulgence. The ‘I just feel toxic’ end of a stressful month. Your body has built-in detoxification — liver, kidney, lymphatic, sweat. The right inputs may help support those systems doing their job.

What’s going on

‘Detox’ is a much-abused word. The body has a robust, built-in detoxification system: liver, kidneys, lymphatics, sweat, and breath. You don’t need a juice cleanse to detoxify — you need those systems working well. Wellness modalities can support some of those pathways.

The strongest research signal in this space is around sweat-based excretion of certain trace metals and around lymphatic mobilization. We’ve built a reset stack around the modalities with actual research support — not the fad versions.

Common signs people describe

  • Coming off a heavy holiday or vacation period
  • Feel sluggish, puffy, generally ‘off’
  • Skin breaking out, energy down
  • Bloated and tired in combination
  • Want to support your body’s natural systems
  • Looking for a structured 1-2 week reset

How we support body reset / detox support at Elevate BioWellness

A research-backed reset stack — what the body’s actual detox systems respond to.

Infrared Sauna
Systematic review found that sweat is one route of trace-metal excretion; sauna sessions also support cardiovascular function broadly.

Lymphatic Compression Therapy
Pneumatic compression supports venous return and lymph flow — both involved in fluid and waste mobilization.

Vibration Therapy
Mechanical circulation support; often added in reset protocols.

Important: Your liver and kidneys do the actual chemical detoxification of substances. Wellness modalities support circulation and sweating but do not ‘detox’ the body in the medical sense. If you have specific concerns about exposure, infection, or chronic illness, see a physician — these are not medical treatments.

What the research says

Peer-reviewed studies on the modalities used in this protocol. We share these for educational context, not as claims that any therapy will produce a specific result for you.

Arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury in sweat
Systematic review found that induced sweating is one biological route by which the body excretes certain trace metals.

Intermittent pneumatic compression for lymphedema and post-exercise recovery
Pneumatic compression devices have shown benefit in reducing limb volume in lymphedema and may aid post-exercise recovery via venous return.
Cleary, Vasc Med, 2014 · PubMed

Cardiovascular and other health benefits of sauna bathing
Review of long-term Finnish cohort data linking regular sauna use with reduced cardiovascular event risk and improved endothelial function.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to fast or do a juice cleanse alongside this?

No. Most reset protocols work better with normal balanced eating and good hydration than with extreme fasting.

How long is a typical reset?

Most members do 5-7 days of consistent daily sauna + 2-3 lymphatic compression sessions. The Standard membership covers it.

Will I lose weight?

Sauna sessions cause water-weight loss that returns when you rehydrate. Lasting fat-loss requires diet and activity changes, which we don’t claim to address.

Can this replace a medical detox program?

Absolutely not. Medical detox (e.g., from substance dependence) is supervised medical care. We do not offer that. Talk to a physician.

Best for post-holiday reset?

Most-booked use case. The Lymphatic Compression specialty membership ($179/mo) plus a sauna add-on works well for many members.
