PMS Symptom Support — Spring, TX

Predictable bloat. Predictable mood. Predictable cramps. PMS isn’t ‘in your head’ — it’s a real physiological pattern. Wellness modalities can support some of the inputs.

What’s going on

PMS involves multiple physiological shifts: progesterone and estrogen ratios, fluid retention, inflammation markers, neurochemical shifts. Standard care ranges from lifestyle to medication. Wellness modalities can address the fluid, circulation, and stress-response inputs.

Members commonly come in mid-cycle for symptomatic support — lymphatic compression for fluid-pattern bloat support, sauna and PEMF for tension and circulation support, red light for general skin and inflammation support.

Common signs people describe

  • Predictable bloat 5-10 days before period
  • Mood shifts you can map to your cycle
  • Cramps that interrupt your week
  • Breast tenderness and water retention
  • Fatigue and brain fog premenstrually
  • Want non-pharma wellness support

How we support pms support at Elevate BioWellness

A PMS-week-targeted stack used by cycle-tracking members.

Lymphatic Compression Therapy
Pneumatic compression is one of the more directly fluid-focused wellness modalities for retention-pattern bloat support.

Infrared Sauna
Heat-based muscle relaxation and circulation support; many members use it for cramping.

PEMF Therapy
Studied for musculoskeletal and pelvic discomfort; some members find it useful for cramps.

Important: Severe PMS, PMDD, or symptoms that interfere with daily life can require medical evaluation. Some PMS-mimicking conditions (endometriosis, fibroids, hormonal disorders) require gynecologic care. These modalities are wellness support, not medical treatment for hormonal or gynecologic conditions.

What the research says

Peer-reviewed studies on the modalities used in this protocol. We share these for educational context, not as claims that any therapy will produce a specific result for you.

Intermittent pneumatic compression for lymphedema and post-exercise recovery
Pneumatic compression devices have shown benefit in reducing limb volume in lymphedema and may aid post-exercise recovery via venous return.

Frequently asked questions

When in my cycle should I come?

Most PMS-focused members come during the luteal phase (5-10 days before period) — that’s where the fluid and discomfort patterns peak.

Is sauna safe during periods?

Generally yes for healthy members; listen to your body. Heavy bleeding pattern can be more taxing in heat.

What about cramps specifically?

Heat (sauna) and PEMF are what most cramp-focused members use. Heat is also generally well-supported in basic period-discomfort literature.

Frequency during PMS week?

3-5 sessions during the symptomatic window.

Will it help with mood swings?

Some members find that the parasympathetic-recovery modalities (sauna, PEMF) help. Mood is multi-factorial.

Ready to feel better?
