Shoulder Mobility & Stiffness Support — Spring, TX
Reaching the back seat. Putting on a jacket. Sleeping on the wrong side. When shoulder mobility limits everyday life, the answer is rarely just stretching — it’s circulation, soft-tissue, and inflammation working together.
What’s going on
The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body and also the most stability-dependent — surrounded by rotator cuff, deltoid, and scapular musculature. Stiffness or pain usually involves more than one tissue. Wellness modalities support the soft-tissue and inflammation inputs that physical therapy and orthopedic care address from a different angle.
Most of our shoulder members come in alongside PT, post-surgery, or to maintain mobility as they age.
Common signs people describe

Frequently asked questions
Can I do this post-rotator-cuff-repair?
Discuss timing with your surgeon. Many post-surgical members add wellness modalities once cleared.
Does this help with frozen shoulder?
We don’t treat frozen shoulder — that requires medical management. Some members use these modalities for symptom support alongside their PT plan.
Is sauna safe with shoulder injury?
Generally yes; heat tends to relax surrounding tissue. Discuss with your PT if recently post-op.
Best frequency for stiffness?
2-3x per week for 4-6 weeks alongside mobility work is typical.
Will I get full range back?
Outcomes vary widely depending on cause. We don’t promise outcomes. We provide inputs that support recovery.
