Should I come if I’m currently sick?

No — please don’t bring active infection into the studio. Recover at home with your physician.

Is sauna safe during cold/flu season?

Yes for healthy members, and may even support general resilience. Stay hydrated; don’t push when fatigued.

What about IV vitamins?

We offer IV hydration and select wellness IVs. Evidence varies by protocol; discuss with your physician.

Frequency?
